Accidentally ordered by clicking pay button in the app (yes my fault) contacted straight away and told they'd get it stopped. Few days later dispatch notification through. Contacted again and told it had already gone do would need to be received and returned.... a week later it's received (so it wasn't dispatched as hermes had it on 2 day delivery) 3 days now I've telex to contact to get returned but ignoring me. Also sent my statement with the item on 2 days before it even turned up!! Once returned account WILL be shut down. Absolute shambles of company with liars working for them
