I have paid £44.99 for delivery of a coat that hasn't been delivered. When I try and trace it, there is no evidence I've ordered it. I have proof if payment on my bank statement. I was cut off on phone after being told by a man who couldn't understand English that he couldn't find my account. My emails aren't replied to. Just want my money back.
