They have the details on their system, I have the receipt on my desk with the order number date etc. Far East call centre, polite difficult to understand and get fobbed off. Want to know date of birth etc before even talking I am very dubious about giving private info to a voice on the phone especially when it is irrelevant. Why do they want my birthdate? I wrote, signed for, complaint. No reply. A year later and still the item is unusable. It seems the UK office is just a letter box convenience one. STEER CLEAR OF THEM.
