Only 1 star as not allowed to give zero.
Parcel dispatched but lost on 4th December. Hermes acknowledged that it has been lost but Studio now need a further 30 days to investigate! Oh and I will receive a response to my complaint within 80 days. Call centre staff are like speaking to a robots. Avoid avoid avoid!
