Get the bank to raise a dispute if you’re not getting a refund. They did the same to me, but when the bank get involved you miraculously get your refund because they don’t want the hassle of dealing with the bank.
The crooks will still deduct postage £4.99 from the refund even though you already paid for postage when you ordered, but at least you get most of it back. Then don’t ever use them again.
