Item didn't arrive. Delivery company told me that they received the item 'smashed to pieces' so it was undeliverable. Requested a refund which was accepted by the call centre. Refund never happened. Months have passed and still no refund. £50 out of pocket.
Also, most of the reviews on Trustpilot are written by Studio employees. Completely fake !
