Diabolical service, condition of item terrible
Quick to take the money, had my item delivered on the 12th January it was a wardrobe every panel was either scratched or dented with no protective film on the item, item returned on 13th January
Here we are two days unpaid work as needed to be in for delivery and collection of the item 30 calls later, 3 complaints open and still the company have not refunded me my money.
On top of that you can't contact or be patched through to the complaints/resolution team directly.
The list could go one with how much this company has got wrong
