Terrible customer service.
Returned item and after initially been told that I would not recive a refund eventially they agreed.
So still not refund even though they say they have paid me.
Called numerous times and got palmed off. Raised a complaint and promised to be updated but nothing. I then rang and was told that they had paid me because it said on their system and asked me to send my credit card statement to prove that I hadn't been paid! Really send them my credit card statement!!
Awful Customer service.
Still haven't received my money by the way
