Bought a heated throw oct21. Arrived faulty out of the box, could not tell difference between on and off. Return label sent and item collected with receipt left. Photographed latter beside departing package with label. Did not receive refund until Feb 22 after raising a chargeback with credit card company despite several phone calls and e mails with all the apologies and good wishes you can imagine, but no action,mere stalling tactics.
When I was promised the refund I asked why it had taken so long. I was given no explanation but offered £10 cheque in compensation. Today I received word from my bank that the cheque had bounced.
