worst customer service i have ever had, i call handler managed to lock my online account, then said thanks for shopping with us.
SHOP with you, i cant shop with you youve just locked my account, can talk to a line manager supervisor or manager. my 10 year old has better skills that the call handler, what a joke of a company no wonder why they nearly went bust last year, good luck for this year !!!!! i wont be shopping with them ever again
