Return a parcel on the 13th of September. Collected by Hermes or Evri. Organised by Studio customer service itself. It has been a nightmare to deal with Customer service. Keep asking the same question and info, passed from department to department. Keep hearing it will 7 - 10 days to process but end up being blanked. Fed up with phoning and chasing customer service. When returning something to Studio, please go to the post office or get proof of return. Up to now I have not heard anything, or anyone been in touch to let me know what is happening with my return. When you don't pay or settle your account, you will receive a text, email or possibly a phone call and be charged late payment fees. However, when it comes to dealing with return, the service is absolutely poor and non-existent.
