Diabolical customer service. IT blip meant my order wasn't processed but my payment went through and they won't refund. I'm 6 weeks in and still fighting them but I won't give up. If I email I get a standard response along the lines of my refund is being processed and I have to be patient. I'll be ringing and emailing them until I get my money back. So, a word of advice. If you don't get an immediate confirmation of order email get straight onto your bank and stop the payment. Or you'll be like me with no goods and your money will be gone, never to be returned. They don't even deserve one star.
