If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a quarter of a star!
My daughters Nan purchased the personalized table so I bought the chair to match. On the 8th of Nov I order the chair, on the 10th of Nov the money was taken from my account, no confirmation of order was sent, so I gave them a call. They stated that I’m yet to pass clearing. I was confused as I didn’t ask for a payment plan, I just wanted the chair and the money had been taken from my account.
Till now Sun 15th Nov I’m yet to get a refund, only a promise of one which never materialized.
I’ve sent proof of transactions!
I’ve been told on numerous occasions that my issues has been elevated to the relevant department and that it’s been flagged as important.
They took my money out of my account, if I had never of noticed they would have just kept it. Is this something they do?!
Either way this has been the worse service I have ever experienced and I will it be letting up on them.
