i requested that my parcel is cancelled, i sent 4 emails and made 3 calls. i was advised my order would be cancelled. Studio does not answer emails and my parcel arrived today. i was told to phone my neighbour so it could be taken in, i am at work and cannot do that. I asked to speak to a manager and was left waiting on the phone for ages, the solution was to arrange a return and i would have to be there, so studio gets a big thumbs down from me- no communication and bad customer service, staff are not trained properly as they gave false information. I am now out of pocket as i was on the phone so long and i have to take time off to return the item. Just hope it has not been stolen from my front door when i get home as there was nobody to take the parcel as i had been advised it had been cancelled.
