Terrible and unprofessional experience with STUDIO.
Order of over £400 on STUDIO PAY not received, been trying to contact them over 4 months to get to the bottom of this and all I get is ‘Please carry on with your payments and we will be in touch with you within 30 days’ and its been almost 5 months I’ve been waiting, the bill keeps going up but I will not be paying for something I haven’t received. The customer service is useless and they don’t want to help over the phone. Never buying from them again.
