Order placed money taken no notification from studio as item out of stock . This was 12 sept . No way of contacting customer service only via BOT . Emails , messenger , ect sent .same reply your order is being processed . Can’t get refund same generated reply . I’ve posted on trust pilot and guess what same response . Still No refund . Latest says will try to cancel my order then see about refund which I’ve been asking for since ordering item and as soon as money taken showing as out of stock . why do you need to try to cancel my order when it’s been out of stock since .ordering on 12 sept .
