I ordered my products a week ago ..and only recieved one email to confirm my order and that they had taken the payment. Since then nothing my order doesn't even say processing.I contacted them on FB messager and they tried to fob me off with saying there ordering system has changed and orders are delayed.Still doesn't explain why the communication via email is poor, I don't have any hope I will recieve my order any time soon really not happy
