Ordered 13th October, gor acknowledgement email same day and payment taken from bank, since then nothing! I've tried to contact through live chat but only a bot to talk to who states they can't locate my order/details!!!! Haway studio get your finger out this is unacceptable, I've no goods for which I've been charged and can't get to speak to anyone about it! Blatant fraud in my eyes, taking money and not supplying goods!
