The only time you'll speak with a human is when your buying something.... Once you've bought an item customer service dissapears.... You CANNOT speak to anyone but bots on chat but it's so glitchy... Very frustrating... I had airfrier that broke down after a couple weeks and it took weeks to work on collection via bot and emails and weeks later still haven't heard from them. Really, REALLY badly run company and as a point of interest I've been getting scam text/email from evri.... This is a real company that studio use but for some strange reason I get scam communications from a place pretending to be evri claiming I wasn't in for delivery /collection that want visa details... That's a clear sign there is some dodgy people with this company selling/passing details to scam companies..... I only buy from reputable companies now like amazon prime or argos..... and companies that employ staff that speak normal English... I avoid companies that use foreign call centres unless reputable like prime
