Ordered a wardrobe on 14th September for 2 week delivery. Never came, after many emails and online 'chats' finally found out it was out of stock and order cancelled, which would be fine if i hadnt paid!!!! 2 months and still no refund !! YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! After more emails all we get is be patient!!! 2 months is patient! Would they be so patient if we failed to pay them on time !!! Absolutely disgraceful. Had to buy from a different company so have paid out twice.
Give us our money back studio !!!
