Received a damaged smart tv on the 6th August and informed studio about it. They finally booked a home collection on 4th October and still have not received a refund. After lots of emails and live chats I keep being told they cannot track the item and are investigating. Provided proof of calling card. And now I'm being charged default sums of £12 and interest of £41 a month. Will be reporting to trading standards and taking his to citizens advice bureau.
