Did an order with Studio at end of September, when it arrived it was not as described. I sent it back via evri, who comfirmed they returned it to Studio on 10th october. Since then have done 3 online forms to see why my account has not been credited with the returned items, and 10 emails, plus proof of return . Studio make it impossible to phone, as they no longer have a contact number. And fob me off with bot emails. My statement now says i owe money, which i dont. I will be closing my account, as i refuse to purchase from a company that is unable to give even basic customer service.
