What a sham of a company !
I've returned a coat with a faulty zip and returned it via Evri.
It's over two weeks since the return but I've received no refund.
I've gone around in circles on the website to get to speak to someone. The numbers listed are associated with finance only.
Don't buy anything from this sham of a company !
