Appalling service from start to finish.
No updates of any kind on orders.
Send you a statement expecting you to pay when you haven’t even had your order delivered.
Absolutely zero chance of communicating with anybody.
Autobot… rubbish.
FAQ… not relevant to some query’s.
App… not even showing my order (infact it says I haven’t got any orders for the last 3 years!)
I have messaged on Facebook, instagram, emailed and autobotted…. All to no avail.
