Avoid them All I can say is once you've bought item.... The only time you'll get a human.... Any problems and you've had it. Sent airfryer back faulty after a couple use... Took weeks to collect and now over a month with no communication or recourse. I've cancelled account.. Via email again... To be ignored. If happy ordering items you'll get no help from if any problems carry on
