I have to agree with all the other complaints, what is going on! Since the take over it has been diabolical. Ordered something and not arrived, tried chasing and like everybody else get the automated message that I will have to wait. Luckily I've not paid for it yet but have received the bill which is due by 11th Dec. My guess is they will charge interest on this item that I'm not in receipt of. I told them I'm not paying anything until I receive the item and they can whistle for any interest they add to it, but my message won't go anywhere so it's a waste of time really responding. Apparently you can't cancel the order so I can't go and buy another one in case it does turn up (not holding my breath). I feel sorry for the people who have ordered Christmas presents for children that it appears they are unlikely to get any time soon.
