Had nothing but problems with studio customer services. I even wrote an email to CEO Mr Kendrick. No answer from him either. Surprise surprise! Now studio took 3 months to reimburse me my money back.
And yet again I stumble across another problem with these incompetent people. I placed order on 21/11/23 four items. Now I item oddsocks gift set is missing. After 11 emails from different Customer advisors, they still not sorted issue out. Yet £14 still owing on my account, certainly not paying for something I have not received?!
So last week parcel arrived? Great socks are here? Wrong! They sent me a dress I never ordered. All you get from them is SORRY?!
Your apologies are not good enough. It doesn't take 12 days plus to find a missing parcel. Infact it should take no more than 72hrs.
So zero stars for Studio.
