Terrible customer service.
Ordered items 14th November, part of ordered was delivered on 21st November. Contacted them via live chat, as no phone number.
Then contacted via e-nails, the odd reply just states they will escalate, which they haven’t.
Only time they replied promptly was when I left feedback.
Stay clear of this company. Terrible.
