Ordered a product for the first time over 2 weeks ago for a birthday present with estimated delivery 3-7 days. Despite following up with customer services the product has still not even been sent for delivery and there is no option to cancel.
I had to use another company for the birthday present and the product arrived within 2 days.
Very disappointing service from studio.co.uk, please do not use.
