Horrendous experience! Items ordered a month ago. Only a part of the order received. Excuse after excuse about delays in packing items received when I contacted them, still no sign of the items. Eventually one of the items from the order turned up and it’s the wrong item! You can’t speak to anyone to resolve an issue, just a steam of emails with the same old excuses received when I contacted them! Terrible service and non existent Customer service. I have paid upfront, so am left with no items yet they have my money! They even tried to tell me they hadn’t taken money for my order. Bank contacted by myself and they confirmed they had taken full payment at the time of the order. Useless and untrustworthy company!
