Created a return for a large item I’ve been told I can’t return it as it is not damaged this is against my consumer rights, as all of studios policy’s have been followed to the letter. I am six weeks in now and no closer to getting this matter resolved. I have sent over 30 emails only 5 responded to. I have put in a formal complaint and even that is not being dealt with.
I’m so disappointed in studios lack of customer service. I will be cancelling my account with studio as soon as this is dealt with, it’s a disgrace.
