Despite contacting studio for several months I am continuously receiving regurgitated responses to my problem
An AIR FRYER NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE I.E IT HAS NO CONTROLS. I HAVE FORWARDED ALL DOCUMENTS INITIALLY RECEIVED,IMAGES, COPIES OF ORDER, DELIVERY NOTES AND INVOICE THEY CONTINUALLY ASK ME TO SEND THESE DETAILS. IT IS UTTERLY DISCOMBOBULATED. NO PERSON TAKES RESPONSIBILITY I HAVE BEEN INVOICED FOR THIS ITEM. I HAVE REQUESTED RETURN PROCEDURES, POINTLESS AS EACH RESPONSE CONTINUES TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY RECOGNITION OF ITEM OR PROBLEM TRULY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
