Ordered a rug and two air fryers, received the rug and one air fryer. I’ve been trying since 2nd November to get the amount taken off my account. All emails and Facebook messages get the same reply word for word. They are now saying that my account is in arrears and charging interest and telling me to pay the amount, which I’m not doing. I have been a customer of studio since 2005 but I won’t be ordering from them again.
