I have been a customer of Studio for more years than I care to remember and have never had cause to complain. Now, unfortunately, I shall be deleting my account with them. I ordered some items in November for Christmas presents, some arrived, some didn't. I recieved an email from Evri saying there was an issue with my order, I contacted Studio when it didn't turn up. 10 emails later, I'm still not getting anywhere, I have had to repeat myself and send screenshots with nearly every advisor I have had contact with, I repeatedly ask for someone to call me, nothing, nothing, nothing!!!!! They now owe me £40. I used to recommend this company but I certainly won't anymore. Since they were taken over, or whatever it was that happened, the place has just gone downhill
