I placed an order for 4 items on 24th November 2023. 1 item was delivered, no problem. 2 items were out of stock and a refund was made within 24 hours. The fourth item was not delivered and my accounts page shows the item as ‘no longer available’ I have still not had the refund of £45 for this item. I have sent numerous emails asking and I’ve been fobbed off. Studio are now suggesting (after 6 weeks of emailing them) that the issue is with the delivery company. I have a screen shot from the delivery company saying they were waiting for the parcel from studio. This is so frustrating. I have also contacted the company via Facebook messenger and live chat. All reply with the same bland messages with nothing being sorted.
