Placed an order on 24/11, paid in full £269.99, order was placed on a 3 to 5 working day delivery. The order was never processed, it was showing unavailable the following day. I contacted them for a refund. I was promised this on the 5/12. I emailed and went on chat numverous times. In the end I had to approach my bank. With the evidence they were able to do a chargeback and I finally got a refund on the 10/1.
