Placed an order for two personalised items and one arrived incorrect. Their fault, as it was correct on the order note. They arranged a return and then haven’t given me a refund. Trying to get through to them to get it sorted and they just keep asking for the same information over again, even though I’ve given it to them.
Awful company, seem to have some problem every time I try to order something from here. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
