shocking company, ordered in Dec item never arrived
Endless emails trying to sort it out, the item is still on my account and now impacting my credit as it needs paid.
promises of escalation but nothing happening, repeated emails ending in no resolution. stupid useless chatbot that wont work.
the order is no longer even showing on my studio account but i am still being charged through their finance team.
on hold for 45mins to still get no where with the finance team as they say studio need to sort it ......... do not ever ever use this company
