I have been a customer of studio when it was a good company but I had not placed any orders in the past year so my oh my did I get a surprise. When I tried to log into my account nothing happened. I even tried to registar a new email and still no luck. I have now tried for over a month to get through on the phone which is a laugh. Once you get the machone to answer your call and go through all the choices you are told we are really busy and you will have to wait at least 45mins and this is all the time. I am so disappointed as up to a year ago studio were great. I am fed up and have tried a number of things to get my account working so I could place an order. This new company have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even have the manners to let me know that I could not get access to my online account. I thought when I read other bad reviews people where making things to be worse than what they were but my oh my O full agree with all that you have said.
