This company needs to be investigated for their inability to fulfil orders yet still affect your credit rating and charge a default payment for not paying what you do not actually owe.
Automated emails promising all sorts and after countless emails they go back to the original email saying they are not responsible. It’s the financial department. Have spoke to them and they blame customer services. The amount owed is minimal but this is not the point. Their incompetence of only partial refund started this stressful experience
