Still going on. With the financial ombudsman at the moment.
I don’t owe anything. I cancelled the account as is my right within the first 14 days of opening it and 5 months later they’re trying to default and continue to report poorly on my credit profile. I’ve never had anything from this company. How can they just decide to ruin my credit profile. The staff haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I’ve not had any information sent to me that I’ve requested. I asked for information to be able to send to the financial ombudsman and still nothing. Unbelievable.
