Deeply Disappointed – Lack of Accountability for Missing Parcel
I placed an order with Studio and paid in full, but the item never arrived. According to Evri, the parcel was not delivered to my flat but left in a communal area, where it went missing — something I’ve had to explain several times now.
Despite following all the correct steps and chasing up multiple times, Studio has been far from helpful. I was initially told to wait for the outcome of Evri’s investigation, which I did. Yet, I was later informed that the case had been closed due to “no response” from me — which is completely inaccurate. I’ve responded promptly to all emails and even re-sent previous correspondence for clarity.
Rather than accepting responsibility as the retailer, Studio continues to push the blame onto Evri. I'm now being asked to fill out a disclaimer form — weeks after first raising the issue — just to maybe get this resolved. Frankly, it’s exhausting.
I find it unacceptable that I’m being made to do all the chasing for an item I never received. The lack of ownership and poor communication has left me extremely frustrated. I expected better from a company of this size.
If you’re considering ordering from Studio, just be aware: if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to deal with it properly.
