Took a day off work for a delivery only to receive a telephone call from the driver explaining one of the wardrobes that I had ordered was badly damaged. I then telephoned Studio and was told they would re-order and would get their complaints department to call me back. This did not happen so phoned again the next day. I was then informed the new order had been put through incorrectly and that they would put a hold on my account until it had been sorted out. Appalling customer service I will never shop with them again.
