They lost my payment of £29.93 which I had paid early at barclays bank. They sent me a bill for the above amount plus fines. I was on the phone for 25 mins and they still could not find it, they said and I quote; "you better still have the receipt". I did have the receipt and after keeping me on the verge of a nervous breakdown for 2 weeks they found my payment. There was no apology, nothing whatsoever. I have now closed account and WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THIS EVER AGAIN. They seem like a bunch of clowns.
