I purchased items in the middle of November and did not realise I would have to open an account. I attempted to cancel the order (which had not been despatched) but was advised I would have to wait until I received the order then return it and I would be given a full refund and the account would be closed. Studio have failed to collect the items on three separate occaions and everytime I contact them they tell me the same story e.g. keep the items and we will refund your account immediately this has been ongoing since beginning of December and as yet I am still awaiting a refund, however, they have managed to close my account. I have now furnished Trading Standards with my complaint and will also be contacting the Financial Conduct Authority to make them aware of my complaint with Studio. I will have no hesitation in persuing a claim through the small claims court if necessary. I would STRONGLY recommend AVOIDING this company at all cost,
