I ordered 3 items over a month ago. I didn’t receive any of them, and was told I had to wait 15 days until my parcel could be declared as lost. Then I was told I can’t have a refund until I sign a form in, which I still haven’t received. Over £130 spent. They took two days to reply to each of my emails, which went on for three weeks. I was then told not to contact them until I have the form, and that I won’t get a refund yet. Then was told if I want the items I should pay again for them, before having a refund for the one’s I never received. Awful!
