Item ordered on the 19th and STILL have not received it! Have to wait until the 2nd of November to claim lost item. I have emailed customer service THREE times and have not received a reply!
I am now being told my payment is overdue......payment for an item i have not received! This had better not effect my credit ratings!
Shoddy company with even worse customer service AND they use Hermes....enough said.
Do not deserve 1 Star but had no choice!
