had an item in my basket,but couldnt proceed to order as i had to join, site wouldn't open when tried to register so had to call (13p a min), representative sounded like the voice you'd hear from a incoming scam call.
explained the situation, they offered eventually to take the order online, wasn't happy to do it that way, ( never explained way it wouldnt ope)n so rep said 'hold on' at that point i thot at 13p per min ....''forget it''
