DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought a hot tub and unfortunately it stopped heating up
Asked to send back which i prompltly repackaged and did and asked for either a replacement or a refund
That conversation took 25 mins
Rang back to ask if they had recieved it 10 days later and they said they had but couldnt process anything yet as had to wait 14 day.
That conversation took 20 mins
Rang again today to be told at first they hadnt recieved it / then they had recieved it but couldnt process it yet 16 days after sending it back
A superviser would ring me back
That conversation took 22 mins
no superviser rang back so rang again (18 mins this time) and then they cut me off
Spoke to another and after 15 mins put me through to superviser Ingrid who said they had to send a letter to me
What a joke
Ive been pleasant ,fair and not aggresive and stated my point every time but they are hamstrung by a stupid outdated system with no concern for customer care
