Where to start id say i was a decent loyal customer, but then started experiencing a few issues with online account payment service and automated service which resulted in further issues numerous calls to receive demanding txts calls an a few letters all my payments have been made but studios responce is that all my payments for the past 3 months are missing. Confusing as sin, iv now been told my account is being passed to a collecting agency an a default will be made against my credit file. Never in the past have i felt so insulted an belittled by a company that simply doesnt care. This issue is currently being taken further. Angry customer who wont use again once account is rectified. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
